Strader Vocational and Rehabilitation Consulting Inc. is dedicated to empowering people to reach their full potential and to improve and maintain their overall quality of life.
Strader Vocational and Rehabilitation Consulting, Inc. was incorporated in the State of Illinois in February of 1998. Strader initially provided vocational return-to-work services and testimony of disabled workers. In 1999, Strader was granted a contract under the Illinois Medicaid Brain Injury Waiver Program expanding services to provide assessments, case management, counseling and vocational services to individuals with brain injuries.
We now offer a broad range of services including public and private sector case management, vocational counseling and expert testimony, family, individual, DUI and substance abuse counseling, divorce mediation services, family support services, and employment services.
Our case management staff currently includes seven professionals with Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degrees with extensive and varied case management experience.
In 2007, our services expanded to include a counseling program working with both individuals and families. Our services are accepted by most insurance companies, and we offer an affordable private pay option. Our staff currently includes two licensed clinical professional counselors who also hold their CADC. They specialize in providing marriage counseling, anger management, treatment for depression, anxiety and post traumatic stress disorder. We offer counseling services in three locations: Collinsville, Waterloo and Highland, Illinois.
Also in 2007, Strader Vocational and Rehabilitation Consulting, Inc. initiated an employment program, adding an experienced director and two seasoned employment specialists. The program assists people to identify their vocational strengths and aptitudes and to develop appropriate job leads. They provide assistance in resume’ preparation, interview techniques and training in job seeking skills. |
